Hi everyone!
We wanted to share with you an important update on the Crete campaign.
The first orders have already left the factory and are on their way to the first backers this week. Due to the large amount of orders received (thanks for all the support!), the factory is working with a slight delay of about 3 weeks, as some materials we had to double the order and took a bit longer to arrive. But the good news is that, little by little, the shipments are coming out, and they have been perfect.
We want you to bear in mind that we have to deliver to more than 70 different countries, which makes the logistics a challenge and the shipments are staggered. Therefore, the distribution will be progressive to ensure that everyone receives their shoes in perfect condition.
This week the shipments will be sent to the first backers and every 15 days we will send out shipments of 600 pairs of Creta.

¡Hola a todos!
Queríamos compartir contigo una actualización importante sobre la campaña Creta.
Los primeros pedidos ya han salido de fábrica y esta semana salen en camino de los primeros backers. Debido a la gran cantidad de pedidos recibidos (¡gracias por todo el apoyo!), la fábrica está trabajando con un ligero retraso de aproximadamente 3 semanas, ya que de algunos materiales tuvimos que doblar el pedido y tardaron un poco más en llegar. Pero la buena noticia es que, poco a poco, los envíos están saliendo, y han quedado perfectas.
Queremos que tengas en cuenta que tenemos que entregar a más de 70 países diferentes, lo que hace que la logística sea todo un reto y que los envíos se realicen de forma escalonada. Por eso, la distribución será progresiva para garantizar que cada uno reciba sus zapatillas en perfectas condiciones.
Esta semana salen los envíos a los primeros backers y cada 15 días irán saliendo remesas de 600 pares de Creta.

This means you’ll soon receive an email from BackerKit asking you to confirm a few important details:
· Your preferred colour and size for the Creta barefoot shoes
· Any accessories you added to your pledge
· Your shipping address, so we can get your rewards to you
Please keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case). The sooner you complete the survey, the sooner we can start shipping out your Creta and accessories!
If you have a Kickstarter account linked to an apple or icloud email, you may have problems receiving the survey as it is not your usual email address. You can write to us through Kickstarter providing another email address so that we can send you the questionnaire there.

We’re excited to let you know that production is already underway. But before we can ship your order, we need you to confirm your size, colour and delivery information.
In the coming days, you’ll receive an email from our partner Backerkit. Through it, you’ll be able to provide all the necessary details — and even add a few optional extras if you wish.
The first orders will be shipped out during the first week of June — we can’t wait for you to try them!
